I show that I care for others.

Each day, I ensure someone else feels a little happier because of my presence. One of my strategies to uplift others is to let them know how much I care.

Making others feel appreciated boosts their confidence and self-esteem. As a result, they are happier and more productive.

I feel content, knowing that I can make such a positive impact!

I show my family members my love in words and actions. I use loving tones when I speak to them, even in tough discussions. I freely give hugs and kisses to make each day a good day for them.

I want my friends to know that I love having them in my life. I keep in touch. I invite them for fun activities. And I help them when they need assistance.

Even strangers get the benefit of my appreciation. I thank the clerk that helps me at the store and over-tip at restaurants. I open doors for members of the military and thank them for their service.

I enjoy helping others whenever I can.

Helping others not only uplifts them and makes their day better, but it also benefits me as well. I feel happy when I do a good turn for others.

Today, I show others I care. I take the time to give back to the world because of all that it has given me.
