I give thanks each day for the many blessings in my life. The presence of such an abundance of beautiful blessings renews my hope when I am feeling weak and low.
If I ever feel so down that I am tempted to give in to despair, I hold firm because a glimmer of hope appears in the form of a tiny blessing.
It is at times like these that I recognize the intervention of a higher force helping to push me along. I know that even though the tiny blessing leaves some issues unresolved, it is a sign that things can be better.
I know I am being watched over and cared for always.
Sometimes when I take a look at my financial debt, I sigh with sadness, feeling like it might never go away. But then, almost in the same moment, a financial breakthrough takes place. I realize that my expressions of sadness about my situation are cries for help, and I know they are heard and responded to.
Today, I am convinced that small blessings are signs that I should allow hope to persevere. I commit to acknowledging each small blessing as a sign of something bigger to come. I also commit to using those blessings to help me build my faith every day.
1. Do I share my blessings with others so they can also feel hopeful?
2. Am I patient when I pray for blessings?
3. Are there times when I am ungrateful for small blessings?
